Our process aligns with Standard Board, Food And Drug Authority and international industry practices

Water Source

Water is obtained from an approved source such as a borehole and municipal supply. The source is tested to ensure it meets Ghana Standards Authority (GSA) and FDA Ghana requirements for potable water.

Raw Water Storage

Abstracted water is pumped into food-grade raw water storage tanks. These tanks act as a buffer to ensure continuous production and allow initial sediment settlement.

Pre-Filtration

Raw water passes through multi-stage filtration to remove physical impurities such as sand, silt, rust, and suspended particles.

RO / UV / Ozonation

Water is further purified to meet drinking water standards using Reverse Osmosis (RO) and/or UV sterilization and ozonation to eliminate dissolved solids, bacteria, viruses, and pathogens.

Treated Water Storage

Purified water is stored in stainless steel (SS 304/316) treated water tanks under hygienic conditions to prevent recontamination before bottling.

Bottle Rinsing

Empty bottles are automatically rinsed and sterilized using ozonated water or purified water to remove dust and microorganisms.

Filling

Sterilized bottles are filled with treated water using an automatic or semi-automatic filling machine under controlled hygienic conditions.

Capping

Bottles are immediately sealed with tamper-evident caps to ensure product integrity and consumer safety.

Labeling

Bottles are labeled with approved labels containing brand name, volume, FDA registration number, batch number, and expiry date.

Quality Control

Finished products are tested for physicochemical and microbiological parameters to ensure compliance with GSA GS 175-1 and FDA Ghana standards.
